Application Instructions

1. Click on Register for application at the top left of this page to proceed.
2. Provide all necessary information. Please use your personal and valid email and phone number and click send login credentials to email address.
3. An email will be immediately sent to the email address provided.
4. Open your email to retrieve your generated login ID and password.
5. Go back to your application page and click Login (top right of the page).
6. Enter your username and the password copied from your email and login.
7. Click Edit application record, fill in all required information, upload your passport photograph and click save.

Payment Instructions

1. On Edit application record page (step 7 above).
2. Locate and click on Add online payment ticket at the bottom of the page.
3. Click on Pay via Remita.
4. Click on Pay now.
5. Click on Submit.
6. Enter your ATM card details and click on Pay. Note: You can also select other payment methods, such as bank transfer or USSD.

Submit and Print your Application

Once your payment has been successfully validated, click Submit to finalize your application, then print your application slip for your records.
