Application Instructions

1. Click on Register for application at the top left of this page to proceed.
2. Provide all necessary information. Please use your personal and valid email and phone number and click send login credentials to email address.
3. An email will be immediately sent to the email address provided.
4. Open your email to retrieve your generated login ID and password.
5. Go back to your application page and click Login (top right of the page).
6. Enter your username and the password copied from your email and login.
7. Click Edit application record, fill in all required information and click save.
8. Tick the box for I confirm that the Passport Photograph uploaded on this form is a true picture of me and click finally submit.
